Non-licensed naturopathy certifications in the U.S. are mostly self-paced online programs. Published costs run from $4,725 (Genesis, about 46 months) to $10,500 (Trinity, 92 weeks) and an estimated $22,954 for ACHS's DEAC-accredited diploma. They differ from the four-year Naturopathic Doctor degree, licensed in about twenty states. Choose by scope, depth of study, live contact and credential.

All three programs teach the body system by system before any recommendation. Trinity covers body structures and human biological systems, Genesis spreads anatomy and physiology across its phases, and ACHS requires anatomy, integrative physiology and pathophysiology courses within its Diploma in Holistic Health Practice.
Nutrition is the central skill of the non-licensed naturopath in all three programs. Trinity teaches nutrition and natural detoxification, Genesis opens with food and nutrition, functional and elimination diets and supplements, and ACHS includes a Holistic Nutrition course aligned with NANP standards.
Each provider includes plants. Trinity covers herbology and aromatherapy in its advanced techniques course, Genesis teaches herbs and physiology, adaptogens and herbal infusions, and ACHS offers herbalism and aromatherapy electives aligned with AHG and AIA standards, chosen within its 9 elective credits.
All three include professional practice. Trinity covers business practices, Genesis has a Client Intake and Business course, and ACHS's Entrepreneurial Skills for Wellness Professionals covers record keeping, insurance, scope of practice, ethics, and federal and state regulation, a topic that matters because the naturopath title is restricted in some states.
Trinity, Genesis and ACHS all teach online, and none of the three publishes live synchronous classes in small cohorts. Students progress at their own pace through lessons, quizzes and case studies, which lets long programs fit around work and family commitments.
ACHS is the only one of the three accredited by DEAC, an accreditor recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, and it awards an undergraduate diploma. Trinity and Genesis do not publish institutional accreditation; they point graduates toward private certification boards such as AANWP, IANHP, AADP and ANWPB.

Harmonika Institute's CHNP is a private certification, not a license, not accredited by outside bodies, and does not authorize the ND title.
It depends on your state. The title naturopath is restricted or prohibited in states that license NDs, which is why serious schools stress scope of practice and referral. Harmonika Institute's program maps U.S. regulation on the first day, including safe titles to use, and returns to scope and wording before certification.
