Tuition is set per program, not per tier.
Each of our 28 certifications has its own structure — format (in person or live online) and teaching days — so each program has its own tuition. Standalone programs run from $440 to $5,040. The same tuition applies whether you study in New York, Austin, any of our other U.S. cities, or live online.
Tuition includes all teaching days, certification and course materials. Interest-free monthly installments. A 25% deposit confirms your cohort spot.

One tuition, four layers of training.
Teaching days
Every program is taught in one format: in the classroom in your city, or live online on video — never both, never self-paced video. Teaching days are 7 hours. Tuition includes all teaching, room rental for in-person programs, and materials.
Small, fixed cohorts
Ten students per cohort in person, fifteen live online, from the first teaching day to certification. Q&A and case review happen live with your faculty and your cohort.
Personal study between sessions
About 0.8 hour of reading, practice and preparation for every teaching hour, on average. It is not counted in program hours.
Private certification
A private certification in non-clinical wellness practice, issued by Harmonika Institute. It is not a state license, and we are explicit about what it lets you offer.
Payment plans
Every program offers interest-free monthly installments spread over the program duration. A 25% deposit confirms your cohort spot. No application fee, no credit check.
Bundled and add-on modules
Two of our 28 programs (Mandala and Creative Journaling) are bundled inside our Expressive Arts Facilitation program at no separate cost. One program (Chi Nei Tsang) is offered as an add-on to enrolled students of related Harmonika programs, at +$3,000 on top of their primary tuition.
Refund policy
You may withdraw within the first two modules and receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. After that, refunds are prorated against modules already attended.
No federal aid
Harmonika Institute is a private school issuing private certifications. We are not a Title IV institution; federal student aid does not apply. Some students use employer professional-development budgets.
